Jason Soman is the founder of Soman Forensic & Valuation CPAs. Mr. Soman’s career is dedicated to guiding attorneys, business owners, and high net worth individuals through business valuation and forensic accounting matters.

With a focus on navigating complexities within marital dissolution, commercial litigation, trust/estate/gift matters, and transactional contexts, Jason has consistently defended his analyses and conclusions in high-stakes scenarios, and has testified as an expert witness.

Jason’s breadth of experience spans diverse industries and company sizes, ranging from pre-revenue startups to multinational corporations with billion-dollar revenues. Notably, Jason's industry expertise extends to complex real estate organizations, professional services firms, alternative asset entities (including private equity and hedge funds), as well as sectors such as food & hospitality, retail, manufacturing, wholesale & distribution, defense, and apparel/textiles, among others.

Jason formed his own firm after cultivating his skills at prestigious CPA and consulting firms, where he trained under the nation's foremost experts in business valuation and forensic accounting.

Jason holds bachelor's degrees from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and Queens College, complemented by a certificate in Advanced Valuation from NYU's Stern School of Business. He is a licensed CPA in both Florida and New York, accredited in Business Valuation, a Certified Fraud Examiner, Accredited Senior Appraiser, and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® professional.

 

When Jason’s away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and spoiling his wife and children.
